Kayako V4 Billing Module
I have to admit that I’m rather disappointed with the release of Kayako V4. I purchased Kayako several months back on the promise that a few weeks more and V4 would be released and would include billing reports. Nearly seven months later they have what they call a stable V4 release (it should really be an alpha release), and the rudiments of a reporting tool still don’t accommodate billing reports.
To address this I built a simple billing module that you can use with your V4 install. It’s based on this excellent post on their forum: V4 Sample Module – Hello World.
