I’m still with Aweber and I really like them. The nice thing is that there are a lot of really good choices these days. It keeps the quality high and the prices low.

Thanks for the review of AWeber, I’m still deciding which is the better auto-responder company to go with and this has helped.

Just as an update on the Jeff Walker bonus for the Mike Filsaime 7 Figure Code DVD’s. I got my email with the bonus link last week so I hope everyone else has now also.

Sometimes he seems really busy, but then he’s got time to run his seminars or do another launch of his product. I’m not sure why he doesn’t follow through on his promises. Especially since he’s so good at the talk. In his 15 videos of his product launch live conference he talks a lot about how the most important thing in business is to respect your customers and make them happy. What he says is true, even if he’s unable to follow through with it himself.

This is in regards to Jeff Walker. Hasn’t anyone else had the same issue. I recently purchased through my brother the Mike Filsaime 7 Figure Code online DVD’s through Jeff Walker’s affiliate link, and was promised two bonus videos which has never materialised. I’ve dealt with a lot of people, but Jeff Walker is the only one who hasn’t followed up on his promise to deliver the bonuses. His assistant Betty kept saying it’ll be coming soon. It’s been over two months, and still no word. I still would like to see Jeff deliver on his promise of the bonuses.

I think you’re right about the browser alert that you’re going to an insecure page. I also know that aweber has said that they don’t have access to all of the referrer information when optin occurs through SSL. I think both of your options would work though.

The point the author makes about ssl web forms was misunderstood by the Aweber CEO. The problem is that Aweber returns a confirmation page via http:// (non-secure) even if the optin occurred on a secure (https://) page.

This triggers a security alert in most browsers that confuses and increases doubt in the consumer. This is more of an issue when using hooks in shopping carts to auto subscribe to Aweber when a customer makes a purchase and checks the optin box for a newsletter.

Aweber needs to:

1. Offer to disable a confirmation return page altogether.

2. Sniff the protocal and return in like manner.
